If your professor requires this text, your best bet is to purchase Mapping Contracts which is essentially the summary guide to this text. It cuts through a lot of the excess commentary and substantially helps the reader to understand the jargon, and concepts to take from each case.
Dear Contracts Casebook Editors,Please, please, for the sake of thousands of law students yet-to-be, hire someone to proofread this mess. I can barely get through a section without some goofy duplicate text, weird hyphenation, or misused word. Somebody on this team of editors seems to think he/she is clever, but many of the notes are confusing and random. Contracts is my least favorite subject, primarily because of this horrible book. There is no excuse for such sloppy editing. You can (and should) do better.
Hilarious book if you like contracts. A good historical survey as well as plenty of modern cases, especially in the intellectual rights, IT, and real estate contracts.

Worst book ever.
The book is in good condition. There are lots of highlighted paragraphs left by the previous owner but will not affect the daily reading. Works for my course just fine.

The book is falling apart and you could barely read parts of the book due to excessive highlighting, writing, marking, etc. This is going to be a terrible semester with this book. 👎ðŸ»
